Tonight I am going to kick-off my first weekly confessional that I hope to continue through the rest of the year. I think this might help me to be more aware of the little things I do, or it might just be an excuse to more crazy stuff. We will see.
I told you I as going to try to start eating a piece of fruit in the afternoons instead of grabbing chocolate or Red Bull, remember?
Apparently the only thing this has accomplished was pushing my chocolate/sugar intake to a later time – right before I go to bed, which may or may not be worse than eating it at 3pm.
