This Week's Post-It Note

{because I need an entire week to handle such a load - pathetic I know}

Pink Lemonade Cupcakes - try out this recipe
Buy a cupcake pan - I can't believe I don't already own one of these
Redbox   - return Hall Pass & Insidious
Check out the new Savers - This is how much my husband loves me; he texts me the location of a new Savers that is near our house that he drove by on Sunday. Best text ever.
Gas - I'm always leaving it to the last few miles which drives Tyrone nuts
Buy new coffee creamer - I have a major problem going on in my universe with creamer right now. It's too much to talk about on here.
Paint nails - toes included even though it's too hard for you bend over and do this. You better reserve an entire evening for this
Put away laundry - this will never happen
Water plants
Bowie inspiration
Get 14 year old nephew a birthday gift -who, by the way, is five inches taller that you and is so cool that nothing you get will be good enough, probably

I'm sure after I make the cupcakes I'll sit on my ass and watch Criminal Minds all night long. AND they will no doubt be all reruns because ion TV repeats the same ones over and over again even though there is a million seasons to choose from but whatever I'm not bitter.

Side note: I have an incredible post about my dad's birthday party we had this past weekend. It's sort of taken a lot out of me because it's so long but there is no way I'm shortening it or splitting it up in parts. So stayed tuned for that.

Side-eye note: Anyone watch Dexter? We finally finished season 4 and now I feel like sort of a cool kid for being almost caught up. It was an accomplishment I'll tell you what since we don't have cable and you can only watch the first two seasons online on Netflix (WTF?). Waiting for those discs to come in the mail were like torture but you suck it up when you're broke. Next to pirating, I have yet to be able to find season 5 online anywhere. They keep that shit locked down until it's released on DVD apparently. It's like the Lost Ark or something which is sort of confusing since anyone who has Showtime has already seen it anyways. I'm glad I stuck it through (thanks to encouragement from my friend Jamie she promised it would get better) because I was not impressed at first. I thought for sure there would be way more blood and killings I mean it is about a serial killer for crying out loud I don't care if he is one of the "nice" ones. Season 4 was good, especially the end - OMG! The ending was insane. Insane. Ok. I'm done with my Dexter tangent.

I made pink lemonade cupcakes last weekend! Come down and get a couple; then you won't have to bake. :)

I haven't ever watched Dexter but I have this Dexter wallpaper app that lets me splatter blood all over the background of my phone. How bad is it when I sit there and make different designs and splatter patterns in the blood? I'm just preparing, that's all.

I tried to watch Dexter a few years ago and gave up after the first 2 or 3 episodes because it wasn't holding my interest. Should I give it another go?
